   You are good i have to agree with the others i would cry. because something like that actually happened to me. i made a 3 teir cake and i was being rush and didnt put the wooden dowels in and it looked like a falling over tower and my family was laughing like it was a joke but i was so upset lol. but you did a great job. keep up with the good work. maybe one day i will get the nerves to post my own cakes.

   I live in Florida and that is all I work with is buttercream,I agree it is hard to work with buttercream here,the humity level is like at least 75-80 on average.my teacher told me sometimes put a little meringue powder in your icing and it stabilize it some.and your icing will actually set stiff like meringue tips I put like a table spoon in it.but if u put fondant over it Im not sure if it would still set.

   I agree with serious, I would CRY like there’s no tomorrow!! A great rescue job though…I’m a fondant girl for all those reasons..!

   WOW! I think I would have been in tears! But you were able so save it and it was still a beautiful cake! Great job
